Or Gallery & Tavern

B L A C K O U T Dark Dance Party

On the last Friday of every month, Or Gallery & Tavern throws a huge “dark” dance party —
post-punk, goth, synth, EBM, industrial, and new wave music are what you’ll hear at this kiki.
Grab as much black out of your closet as you can, put on your dancing boots, and shake the
cold off on February 28. Described as “epic” with “great music and projections” by the partygoers
themselves, if Bauhaus, Joy Division, and Throbbing Gristle really get you going, this is
your party this month. This party is sure to be tons of fun, and best of all, it’s free! 35 N 3rd
Street, Hudson NY, 12534

Club Helsinki

Green Drinks Hudson!

If you’re an environmentalist type and are interested in sustainability, conservation, and having
a drink while talking about all three, you have to check out this monthly international networking
event at Hudson’s own Club Helsinki. You may know Club Helsinki better for its parties, music,
and bar scene, but it is also home to more low-key, early evening events like this one, hosted by
the Columbia Land Conservancy Inc. Come out on the 21st from 5:30-7:00 pm, just in time for a
little pre-dinner drink and environmental discourse. 405 Columbia Street, Hudson NY, 12534
