Chair Yoga with Regina

 

Chair yoga introduces the five foundational postures (asanas) to those beginning a practice, and allows for the deepening of Asana for more advanced practitioners.  Breath work, meditation, flexibility, and strength are covered each week as we gradually build our practice together. All levels are welcome.
