John Perri and his team have such an eye for detail… our building always had clean common areas, the lawn was well maintained and, the snow was always removed in a timely manner. John was there if you ever had a question or concern, being genuinely interested in helping and, or problem solving. I would highly recommend renting from JMS if you get the chance!

JMS has been fantastic to deal with from the moment we messaged asking to check out the apartment property. Any questions, concerns or comments have always been met with prompt responses. Everyone has been friendly, and extremely accommodating. We find JMS so easy to deal with – rent payments and maintenance requests are all done through their management website. A few clicks and we are all set! Our space is in fantastic shape, and the building common areas are ALWAYS kept clean. We love JMS!
The apartments are brand-new, beautiful and the facilities are top-of-the-line. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most importantly, they are pet-friendly and make a point to value residents and their pets. They also communicate well through helpful emails and texts, and host events to help build a sense of community among residents.
For us, accessibility to the Thruway, as well as finding a clean, safe, and quiet environment were most important. After visiting the location in Catskill, as well as meeting John and Kristi, there were no other options as far as we were concerned. From even before our move, they have been extremely responsive and helpful, and have done an outstanding job of reaching out to us to touch base and make sure all our needs are taken care of.
The staff at The Falls are wonderful. Always responsive to resident needs. They know everyone by name and are gracious and lovely to speak with.
